Allowed use
- Personal or commercial use within your plan limits
- Creating prompts for your use or your clients
- Exporting and sharing your prompts
Prohibited use
- Attempting to extract the secret knowledge base (reverse engineering)
- Reselling the app or access to others
- Generating content violating Saudi laws
- Generating harmful or inciting content
- Using the app for unauthorized scraping or APIs
Intellectual property
Knowledge base, question tree, DQT/MIE/ICE engines — all owned by Zayenha. Prompts you create, you own.
Service termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating terms, with prior notice if possible.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Saudi law. Any dispute is referred to competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
