This platform follows Zayenha Hub's unified privacy policy and complies with Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Data we collect
- Account data from Zayenha Hub (name, email, phone, language)
- Prompts you create
- Your answers to the question tree
- Your usage log of models
How your data is processed
When you use generation features, the inputs needed to fulfil your request — prompt text, and images when you use image tools — are processed by the platform and by the service providers involved in that feature, specifically the model router OpenRouter, which passes your request to the AI model you choose (from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI). These providers process your data solely to fulfil your request; we do not authorize them to use it for their own purposes.
Your rights
- Right to access: Complete export of your data as JSON
- Right to rectification: Edit any data from account page
- Right to deletion: Delete your account and data from this app; your access is revoked immediately by ending your sessions, and data deletion completes within a routine processing cycle of no more than 30 days from your request
- Right to portability: Standard JSON export importable to any other platform
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data to any third party
- We don't use your prompt content to train our own models
- We don't share your data with distributors or partners for marketing or commercial purposes; this doesn't include the service providers necessary to run the generation feature itself, named above
